Returns & Exchanges Policy
- At this time, our company is following strict health and hygiene guidelines to ensure safety for our customers as well as our employees.
- Please contact us if you have received a damaged or defective item within 48 hours of order delivery.
- An exchange fee of INR 200 per order will be charged to process the same.
- You can write to us to address your concern regarding your order.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The products on sale are not eligible for any returns/exchanges/refunds.
There is no refund policy for the following
- Products purchased on sale or discounted prices.
- Products purchased and returned/exchanged that are not defective.
- Any customized order cannot be exchanged or returned
- Used or washed items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- For exchanges and returns, we issue refund in the form of store credit note to our customers.
- Exchanges can only be processed once for each item purchased.
- Discounts are subject to change without prior information. No claims due to this will be entertained.
